Veel bloatware
De M23 is een mooi en goed afgewerkt toestel om te zien. Echter bij het gebruik van het toestel komen er behoorlijk wat irritaties naar boven. Er zit veel bloatware (AR-Zone, Galaxy store, Game launcher etc) op het toestel die niet te verwijderen is. Verder zit er ook een onverklaarbare traagheid in het toestel, om een aantal voorbeelden te noemen: - Na het aantikken van de Google zoekbalk duurt het 3 a 4 seconden voordat het toetsenbord verschijnt. - Als je een telefoongesprek wil beëindigen, duur het lang voordat het scherm 'wakker' wordt en de knoppen voor ophangen etc. tevoorschijn komen. - Wisselen tussen apps verloop stroperig en langzaam. Buiten het bovenstaande laat ook de fingerprint sensor te wensen over. Deze werkt vaak slecht waardoor je na 5 pogingen alsnog moet uitwijken naar de pincode.
