If you thought the 2017 iPhone X wasn't big enough, then thankfully you're in for a treat. Apple has in fact announced another iPhone in addition to an iPhone the same size as the X: the iPhone XS Max. It looks a lot like its little brother, but bigger!

For instance, it has a 6.5-inch screen, instead of the iPhone X's 5.8-inch. Other than that, the phone looks a lot like the smaller variant, packed with all the advanced technologies you've come to expect from Apple. Not much has changed on the outside, but all the more on the inside!

6.5-inch OLED display

For some, 5.8-inch just isn't enough. For those people, there is this Max variant, with a 6.5-inch diameter screen. The screen covers much of the front of the phone so you don't have to worry that the phone is huge. At the bottom of the screen is a minimal screen bezel.

At the top of the screen is a notch, where Apple has hidden all its modern technology. This notch houses all the sensors needed for FaceID, and an excellent front camera. Of course, you can adjust the screen so that the areas next to the notch are also black and not used.

Apple A12 chip

Besides the size, there is not much difference between this iPhone XS Max and the iPhone X from the outside. Under the bonnet, on the other hand, we find a world of difference. The A12 chip is a lot faster than its predecessor!

In addition, this Apple iPhone XS Max uses 4GB of working memory. So that's 1 GB more than its predecessors. This makes multitasking even easier and faster, so even with the heaviest apps, you don't have to keep waiting for the app to load.

Dual camera

On the back of the iPhone XS Max, we find a dual camera. Together, these two sensors ensure that you take beautiful photos no matter what the situation. They are especially good at portraits together!

At the front of the device is a camera in the notch, which in addition to camera also functions as facial recognition. FaceID, as Apple calls it, is a lot faster and, more importantly, more secure than standard facial recognition, so that compensates for the lack of a fingerprint scanner.

Luxurious appearance

Despite the large screen, the iPhone XS Max still has a manageable size, making it still easy to handle. The phone is hugely comfortable in the hand and also feels robust. The glass on the back adds an extra touch of luxury.
